Pathetic Service!

I ordered and paid for a couch through Coricraft's Eastgate branch around the 20th August or so. Seeing that Coricraft is quiet about the readiness of the couch, I decided to follow up through the Eastgate branch. The reply was "We are not allowed to give customers feedback on the readiness of orders. Leave your number and we'll call you back." I guess I have all the time in the world to wait for a call back.

You would actually swear that I bought the couch on credit. Pathetic service indeed!
