Pathetic quality of products

Purchased a Breen leather couch, in the region of 40k, expecting a great quality product. The structure of the couch, is now giving in. I have called and emailed numerous times, with no response. As we are still within the warranty period, we expect someone from coricraft to contact us and address this issue but there is absolutely no after sales service! Do not be fooled by purchasing from this store, both quality and service is disappointing and disgusting! I have far cheaper couches, that have lasted a lot longer. Worst company that I have ever dealt with. An absolute *********** business, that I will be reporting to the NCC.
