Pathetic quality and Pathetic customer support from Coricraft

I waited 8 weeks for my couch to arrive (noting that we had bad service from them previously), paid R800 for hoisting only for the courier to tie a rope to my balcony ballustrade and bend it, furthermore, the leather from my couch is torn and peeling. Does Coricraft not to quality checks? When I ask the amazing and ever so friendly customer service lady, Gladys, on whatsapp to please urgently send details on email of when the assessor will come she replies with "unfortunately ,I don't have time he will contact you". Thanks for your amazing service after I spent R22000 for a couch from you guys.
