Pathetic pathetic pathetic!!!

Really disappointed that i did not read the other reviews on hallo peter before purchasing a couch from Coricraft. I ordered a couch, waited 8 weeks for delivery...wrong leather was used. t for 2 weeks for customer service to log the complaint. Another 8 weeks for the manufacturing of a new couch. It has only been 3 weeks and the couch's frame is already giving in. No one from customer service is getting back to me. Pathetic service, poor value for money. Stay away from these people.
