Pathetic Customer service

Useless customer service!!!!! Struggling for over a month to get my refund!!!! Firstly there online purchasing platform does not make provision for collections so called customer service and they said pay for the delivery and then claim it back as a refund its "its how we do it" Paid extra R950 on my order for delivery when to colect my stock customer care sends me the request for refund form. i submitted the form and for over 2 weeks they did not respond so sent a follow email to check, no response, about a week later i called them and the Customer care person has record of my claim but needs to speak to her manager and promises she will call me back ....never heard from her. few days later i send a reminder email ... again no response, so a call again. speak to a different Cust.Care person, who gives me the same story she needs to speak to her manager who has now gone home for the day but promises to call me back the next morning. i tell her that's the same story her colleague gave me and ask "do i have her word she will call me back?" Yes she promises. still not heard back from her.

I can under stand there are processes and things take time but at least keep you customers informed and not be so blatantly dismissive.

From the vast number of complaints on this platform i see i am not the only one who had issues and they really need to up their game.
