Pathetic customer service

It is with sadness that my day had to be spoiled by incompetence of Coricraft staff.<br> I purchased a bed last week Thursday at Coricraft Clearwater Mall, Noluthando the lady who assisted me was helpful and did mention that the bed is discontinued.<br> However she checked your inventory and some stock was available at the warehouse.<br> I furnished her with delivery address on Friday and I received a confirmation that the bed will be delivered between 12h45 - 14h45 today.<br> I organized a person to be at home because I had to be work, and gave my bed away because only one bed can fit in the apartment.<br> Shockingly I received a call at about 13h30 today stating that the beds at the warehouse are damaged, but why place an order and send a delivery confirmation prior to if the is uncertainly about stock availability.<br> Coricraft is in possession of my monies and have been told the refund takes 3 to 5 working days and to me that is not acceptable as I need to start looking for a bed.<br> I will be sleeping in the floor because of your staff incompetence.<br> Can I please have you attend to this urgently
