Pathetic after sales!!!!!!

<p>We bought a headboard from coricraft forest hill in May. They told us it will take 6 weeks to make. 2 weeks later they deliver us dirty used headboard. After contacting them they had the audacity to tell us they will send someone to clean it. We never paid for a used dirty headboard. We paid for a brand new one . Up up until today 31 July 2017 we have not received our new headboard. The dirty used one remains wrapped up in plastic at our house an of course no assistance from coricraft. Cos they already have our money so why should they care!!!</p> <p> </p>
