Pathetic

How is that I have to call Coricraft to manage basic customer service?

I made an order on the 1st of November only to be notified that there is NO STOCK on the 17th of November and was requested to submit a refund form which I did the same day .

Today is the 30th of November and I still have not heard anything about my purchase refund only to call and find out that it has not been processed.

What PATHETIC, LOUSY service, NEVER will I purchase anything from Coricraft!
