Pathetic
I ordered a couch from Coricraft on Black Friday. The particular screen indicated that it would take 10 - 12 weeks to be delivered. While this is quite some time, I was happy to purchase the couch as I really want it. I received a call from Coricraft today 05/12 saying it will take 16 weeks to manufacture as their factory is closed. Are you unable do to forward planning and predictions ?! Did you not anticipate that there would be an increase in sales due to Black Friday ?! This is pathetic, to say the least. You are not honouring the delivery term that was advertised.
