PATHETIC

Absolutely Pathetic service. Was advised by assistants on how to order what we wanted. When it came it was incorrect and we had to wait another 6 weeks for the problem to be resolved. Still wanted a second delivery charge eventhough it was your fault. when trying to pick-up myself we were not made aware of the 2 to 3 day notification period. Requested it to be expedited given original mistake being made by coricraft but could not get a call back eventhough it was promised on numerous occasions. No manager was willing to speak me either. PATHETIC customer service. Left feeling extremely frustrated. will never shop there again and will be sure to recommend cielo or any other brand to anyone else
