Paid more on couches and they were on 70% @ clearance store
I called the head office and spoke to Suraya asking when are they having a sale on couches and beds and I was advised that they currently don’t have any promotions and was advised to call the regional manager Craig Bell who also said they don’t have any sale running and only to find out when I went to there clearance store and they had a 70% sale on everything and the same couch I wanted to buy was also on that 70% sale and I ended up paying more for it , This morning I spoke to the Regional manager Craig Bell who he now says he apologize about telling me that they didn’t have any promotion running and I also spoke to Annebell who is the executive senior who now taking side and defending Craig Bell that there’s no way he could have told me that and as a result I’m very disappointed and disgusted about the service I’m getting from them as they always say that corporate companies bullies people because I’m been **********

As per our earlier telephone conversation Our Bargain boxes have different sales to our stores .You did get a very good price on the couch on the day that you purchased it.
Should you wish to return the couch due to us not giving you a better discount please return it to the Bargain Box within 3 days for a refund.

As per our earlier telephone conversation Our Bargain boxes have different sales to our stores .You did get a very good price on the couch on the day that you purchased it.
Should you wish to return the couch due to us not giving you a better discount please return it to the Bargain Box within 3 days for a refund.

You haven’t resolved my issue as you have told me that Annebelle is the one who refuses to meet me halfway and from your side you don’t have powers as you report to her and I also spoke to Annebelle who said to me : (You, on the other hand, have slandered me on social media and harassed my team) this is message she sent to me when I tried to call her , How I’m I harassing you guys when I ask about what I have paid more on the couch that was on 70% discount that I missed because of you Regional Manager Craig Bell who told me that toy don’t have have any promotions in any of your stores where as they was a promotion running at you clearance store , I will also join other customers who vowed not to purchase anything at Coricraft stores anymore , Regards
