Overcharge, lack of service

They advertise a whatsapp number that can be used - this goes unread. I eventually sent a IM on FB and received a reply from a very helpful person. However, thats where the help ended - I needed a repair done on a leather seat, the panel would have to be replaced. I was told they had stock of the leather. Then I was informed they don't. Then, they do - nobody seems to know whats going on. I finally received a quote. R745 to collect, R750 for the leather, R150 for the repair, and R745 for delivery. They do not do repairs in Durban, only Joburg and CT. We happened to be going to Joburg for a funeral and took the cover with us. It was repaired same day, which was wonderful, but at a cost of R1500. When I questioned this with the lady who originally quoted me, I was told they charged as per damages...that's it...It seems Coricraft do not even respond to any complaints on Hello Peter, but I would not recommend them in future. Disgusting after sales "service"!!!!!
