Outstanding Customer Service at CORICRAFT Clearwater Mall (Koketso)
I want to express my gratitude to Koketso Motene from CORICRAFT at Clearwater Mall for exceptional service. I purchased a sofa on the 22/09/25, and unfortunately, it broke just 4 days later (one leg gave in). I returned to CORICRAFT and logged a complaint with the same salesperson who assisted me (Koketso). He handled my complaint with professionalism, friendliness and understanding, and promptly escalated the issue.
He kept me updated throughout the process, calling me back when promised and even following up on his days off. His dedication ensured my sofa was fixed and returned promptly. His impeccable service not only resolved the issue but also earned me as a loyal customer. I'd highly recommend Koketso and CORICRAFT for their excellent customer service.
