Order WWS007210

At the end of August 2020 I placed an order for a corner unit and 6 scattered cushions. I've been very patient and finally received my couch about 2 weeks ago. I am however STILL waiting for 6 scattered cushions. I have sent numerous emails, Instagram messages and FB messages with no one coming back to me regarding my order. I honestly just want to know when I will receive the 6 scattered cushions and why on earth it is taking forever to come.
