Online purchase now out of stock!
I've ordered two occasional chairs online and paid for my purchase. Later received a call saying there was a mistake as these chairs have been discontinued and are out of stock. No where on the website did these chairs had an out of stock banner (as some other items did). I was assisted with a refund as the lady said that unfortunately there's nothing she can do. I must order something else and pay in the difference. I feel like at least you can accommodate me in this matter for YOUR mistake. Very poor sevice.
