One mishap after another with coricraft

We waited 4 months to get our couches after there was a misunderstanding regarding fabric twice, not once!<br> When the second couch arrived, there was a black scuff mark from the factory I assume. The delivery boys said it would come off and I followed the advice on the coriguard leaflet I was given. Today I took the couch covers I had placed on the couch off and saw there is a water mark where we used a damp cloth to wipe away the mark, which by the way is not completely gone. We had the couches scotched guarded so how can this happen. This is unacceptable and to be frank am so tired of complaining time and time again to coricraft. I called one of the Sandton branches but in typical coricraft fashion, no-one has gotten back to me?????
