One branch can learn from another one

A very long story short - I ordered a runner from Coricraft online, got NO service at all from the Jhb branch, then I phoned the Cape Town branch - and WOWEE the service I got there made up for the lack of it at the Jhb branch. So guys if you are struggling with online orders - phone the Cape Town branch.
