Once you pay their service goes out the window

So i bought a Dining Room Table from Coricraft about 2 weeks ago still haven't received it. The store tells me i can collect at the Warehouse or they can deliver for i think R550 which is madness. Then i opt to collect at the Warehouse but then the Warehouse calls me and asks if i want to collect at the store i said store because i am 3 k's away from the store. Now the store says no i can't please tell me who should l believe? I want my money back and now they saying i must wait 10 days for my money but when i paid they ddnt wait 10 days to take my money. You treating customers like idiots when youve got them to pay but before we pay we are treated like royalty. absolutely disgusted!!!
