Not worthy to be trusted

I bought couches in March 2020 at Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg, but even now I'm still waiting. May I please get my refund because you've failed me. When I went in store to enquire today, at this rate it seems as if I will not get my couches. This is a very big inconvenience for me. Firstly, the initial leather material I had ordered, I was told it unavailable after waiting for weeks. I then compromised by choosing an alternative material which also seems to be taking a very long time. Kindly advice me what to do.
