Not picking up payment since Feb

I paid R1000 on my account and then my debitorders started going off that was in Feb nog its end off May and still it's not reflecting on my account after i have phoned ten million times send them the proof off payment and still they dont respond.They responded once to ask me for my card number and that was it its still not reflecting on my account.It's just bad to see that you pay to much on your account and they cant pick it up but if you pay to little or dont pay at all they want to blacklist you and take you to court and i dont know what else.Wonder if this matter will ever be sorted out
