Nonsense

I'm not pleased at all with Coricraft Kramerville. I bought a couch on the 20th and I was told I'll get it in 4 to 6 weeks. Last week I was called and told that the fabric I chose is not enough for the couch. This was only established 3 weeks after the purchase of the couch. Then I was told that I'll be called to discuss what I have decided since I said I need to confirm with my husband. No phone call has been received since. So my husband filed a complaint with Coricraft and he was told that the matter is investigating. It's been 2 weeks and we are still waiting for the outcome of the investigation. So..... I'm not waiting till the end of July to get my couch. So what's going on o happen is that once you receive the material you complete my couch because you have exceeded your SLA. I'm expecting it on the first week of July. If you can't meet that deadline than don't bother giving me those couches. I've given away my couch I'm sitting on camp chairs. If you can't make the deadline please let me know so we can make arrangements for a refund.
