Non delivery of lounge suite after full payment made

<p>We bought a lounge suite on 3 December 2016 at Coricraft, and chose material that was in stock and available thus ensuring a faster delivery as promised by the sales person. It is 28 Dec and no one has contacted us on delivery or just to keep us updated. We have PAID THE PRICE IN FULL and paid thousands of rands for delivery which when we phoned was stated they cant give us a time frame but sometime next year. The referance they gave us CS08748. It is the worst service we have ever received with no feedback and still no lounge suite! </p>
