Non delivery of couch and dont return phone calls

I ordered a couch from Coricraft Sandton in early November, as was told it would be delivered in a few days. On the day of delivery I was phoned and informed that they were not happy with the couch but they would phone me. No-one phoned me!! Eventually three weeks later I phoned and I was told they were manufacturng a new one and that it would be ready for delivery on the 8th Dec. I then phoned again on the 8th to be told my couch would be delivered that week. I have now phoned countless times, they continue to tell me they would phone me back which they dont and then I have to phone them again. I have been told that my couch is fine, and then I was told it was lost, then I was told it would be delivered. We are now in January and I still do not have a couch. I am absolutely horrified at the poor level of service I have received.
