Non-delivery of an order and lack of respect for clients

You are happy to take a clients money but not willing to give any kind of service in return. Placed my order on the 9th of June and 8 weeks later still no delivery and nobody gets back to me with a delivery date. You advertise the couch I ordered as delivery within 4-6 weeks but here we are more than 8 weeks later and no couch. Not even an indication of when you will deliver it. Your staff ignore my calls an make excuses to not speak to me. They promise to call me back and never do. I always have to call out of my own. The staff at coricraft clearwater has never, not even once called me back. I must have made at least 15 calls to date to try and sort this out. The employee who is at fault here is Thulani from the clearwater branch. And also I see that I can't post on your facebook page. You ***ards! probably scared of more people finding out how useless you are. Last time I ever buy anything from coricraft. Never again will I deal with your incompetence and lack of respect for clients.
