Non-delivery of all items purchased

I bought 4 items from Coricraft Mall of Africa and paid for delivery, however only 3 items were delivered and now I am being told to pay delivery fees for the 4th item whereas I have initially paid. The sales consultant assisting me is very rude and now I have to run around calling him to deliver my goods that I have paid for. I cannot pay delivery twice when I have initially paid and agreed that the goods will all be delivered at the same time
