NON-Delivery!

I purchased x2 pedestals on the 14th of October 2017 from the Springfield Value Centre Coricraft, stock was not available so I was told I can expect to wait 10-14 working days before delivery (no problem), I then received a message(24th October) to say that one of the pedestals was damaged in transit which will delay delivery, understood, these things happen, “Janine Duplooy” did say that it would definitely be here on Wednesday 1 December and that I could collect, fortunately for me I decided to first make sure that the stock had in fact arrived, only to be told that is has not and it normally takes 10-14 working days (times up?), Janine told me I would now need to wait another week till Wednesday 8 November (18 working days) Unacceptable!
