No show for assessment

We purchased couches from this store,first they told us to pay 50% and place order and that they would contact us as soon as the couches were ready for collection which they didnt. I had to contact the store and find out and only then Barend told me the couches were ready for collection. I decided to let that poor service PASS.<br> <br> And now 2 weeks later, the couches make a creak sound when we sit on them. I booked an assessment and requeated some time off from work for their guy to come. He didnt show up and 45minutes later when i contact them to find out what happened to their assessor because i was still waiting. I was told that the guy was here and that there was no one available. My Q was, how did he get access into our complex because he didnt contact me and my car is parked right infront of my door step. All they could say was \sorry but thats what happened
