No service no headboard!

<p>I went into Coricraft on 3 June and ordered a new headboard, paid the deposit and left happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>A call a few days later advised me that the headboard would be finished and ready on 3 July and I was still happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I have had to call almost every day since the 3rd of July to find out where my headboard is and there was always the promise of they would call the warehouse and get back to me, I eventually lost my temper yesterday with a lovely lady Shony (sp?) who told me the warehouse was closed but she would phone me back today (friday the 14th) - unfortunately she didnt phone me back so I had to call in again but she told me that my headboard was not yet finished and would now only be delivered to Design quarter on 24 Jul - a whole 3 weeks later than advised.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nobody updated me, nobody followed up - I'm just fed up, have been nice until this point but this is ridiculous!</p>
