NO SERVICE - BAD WORKMANSHIP CORICRAFT

What an absolute JOKE - purchased lounge suite 21/03/2019 6 weeks for delivery - I had to continually follow up and several times no-one knew what order I was talking about or how far it was - 3 different sms's with different delivery times - after I had gone into the store to pay balance and arrange delivery. 2 seater faulty - went back into store with photos etc email addresses given and someone from HO will contact us...... Suite was delivered 09/05/2019 - we were in store on the 11/05/2019 email sent with photos 12/05/2019 Email sent again 18/05/2019 Email sent yet again 07/06/2019 - surprise we received a call from branch to tell me HO will contact me STILL WAITING !!!! operators permanently busy - branch in Boksburg absolutely USELESS Nearly R30k on a piece of *******!!!! DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME IN CORICRAFT
