No refund after two weeks!!

I bought a lounge chair from Coricraft about a month ago,when it arrived it was oversized,although I bought it based on the measurements on their website,when I returned the chair,i had to pay a handling fee,the scotch guard application,plus the “transportation “,cost me 1500,well they received their chair back plus the additional costs I had to pay,now it is two weeks later and I still didn’t receive my refund,I will not buy from them again,like never ever again!lots of empty promises of we will call you back but none of those will be delivered
