No Integrity, No Customer Service, No Quality

I recently have had the misfortune of dealing with Coricraft again. If I had seen the comments on Hello-peter before would have never bought anything from Coricraft. <br> <br> Last year i purchased a few items to the value of BWP 10 000.00 from Coricraft and did not receive my change of BWP100.00. Was told I would receive it on my next purchase? Well to date besides purchasing goods, and raising the issue with customer care I still have not received my change.<br> <br> In January 2015 I decided to purchase goods again from Coricraft. I chose my items and materials from the the Coricraft website and went to the local branch in Gaborone with my list. I requested a quote to make sure that the pricing and what I wanted was the same as my list. Just to get a correct quote took a week for the salesperson to prepare.<br> <br> I ordered goods to the value of R57 000.00 and paid all the deposits that were required.<br> <br> Well that's when the problems and excuses began.....promise after promise on delivery dates!!!!! <br> <br> Eventually on Friday I received the final delivery of the couches. Well my long awaited happiness turned into shock......COUCHES ARE DIRTY AND QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP IS A DISASTER!! FABRIC HAS HOLES.
