No idea of customer service

Hi. So I placed an order for two bar stools in March only to receive it in April. On my receipt it stated that I need to be refunded on x amount on querying it with the store they requested I call in and speak to the manager giving a whole lot of stories. Went to the store several times to ask for my money they asked me me once to fill in a form with my details so the money can be transferred to my account up to date nothing has been done, called the store n they requested I come in AGAIN?!! So not on.
