NO HELP FROM USELESS STAFF IGNORING EMAILS

On 31 March 2021 I sent an email to Coricraft regarding an unknow account that is listed on my name by Coricraft - I was then told it belonged to another person. To date I have sent 6 follow up emails and I am just being ignored. All while someone else's info is ruining my credit bureau profile.
