No feedback or status on my order and a horrible customer experience

I purchased a Palma plasma unit 3 weeks ago (9th July) from the Coricraft Kramerville store in Sandton, Upon purchasing the plasma unit i was told delivery to store would take 3-7 days as this was purchased for collection. When i called 7 days (15th July) later to inquire about the order I was told they would call back, 4 hours later no call back. I then called back, I was told my item had not arrived and could take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Three weeks later after purchasing the item i was not contacted or informed about my order. I then called Friday 27th July and again i was told by the store agent they needed to check on my order and will call back, still no call back. I am extremely frustrated what sort of business takes your money without informing you of the status of your purchase and not even have the decency to call back. After all this frustration and trying to get hold of the store again. I called Coricraft call center and inquired about my order, the call center agent had apologized and provided me with free delivery of the Item for Tuesday (31st July), However i was told i would be contacted on Monday with details\Time of delivery. I have still not been contacted its Monday EOD 30th July. What more is one to do? This experience has put me off Coricraft completely, I would like this to be rectified, i need my TV unit delivered on Tuesday 31st July as i was told or my money bac****
