No delivery for 5 months

Worst experience with a company to date I ordered on 9 December already they keep extending my delivery date we now at end April who waits 5 months for a couch they refuse to give refunds refuse to resolve the matter. You cant talk to anyone they just cant help you and then they post adds daily for new products or sales. I have been in tears have never had such a bad experience.

They dont even reply to anyone complaining on here
