No Delivery and no communication

We have ordered furniture with Coricraft a few weeks ago. We were notified that delivery will take place between 12-2 on Saturday. Saturday came and no delivery. We had to cancel plans just in case the delivery was late. No contact or any communication from Coricraft or whoever is handling the delivery the sms just said they delivering but no reference or contact number. Spent most of the Sunday trying to find out what happened but the office was closed. My husband was then contacted to say they not sure what happened as the furniture was loaded on the truck for delivery. Buying furniture from Coricraft is more than just buying furniture its an investment. Right now all we want is what we paid for and after this I dont think we will have any further dealings with Coricraft.
