No delivery and failure to resolve the problem

I bought a dinning table and chairs from Northgate Coricraft. They delivered the chairs only, without the table.<br> <br> On two occasions I have been made to wait at home for the delivery, but nobody shows up. In addition to that, on another occasion I was told that the truck has loaded the table and left the shop. I left my office and rushed home and they did not show up. After waiting for more than an hour I called the shop and informed them but they could not even tract the delivery, they could not do anything.<br> <br> I made the full/cash payment on 26/03/2016, the delivery for the table has not been made. I have made a number of calls, I have even escalated this to their head office but nobody is helping.<br> <br> Now this is what I want:<br> 1. A full refund immediately.<br> 2. They must come collect the chairs, they are still wrapped as they were when delivered.
