NO delivery after 3 months affter order

On 15 or 16 December we purchased 2 couches from Coricraft Sandton. We were told that delivery will be 6 weeks from the beginning of January. Today is exactly 3 months from the purchase date and still no delivery. We have followed up numerous times with the last follow up last week and we were told that the delivery will take place early during the week of the 14th of March. This date has come and gone with no communication whatsoever. I find it incredibly unfair that Coricraft insists on full payment on purchased and after 3 months we still don't have our goods. Where is the interest we could have earned on this amount for 3 months? We will no longer accept any further delays on this and are expecting delivery this week as this date has been changed numerous times. And I am not the only one, my sister had same problem and she eventually cancelled her transaction, received her money back, went to purchase a couch at a different furniture store and received delivery in 1 day. Being a loyal customer to this company, your service is completely unacceptable!<br> <br> Jubi<br>
