No delivery

I recently bought a product from the store around 22 Dec, hoping it gets delivered in time. It's been a while and still no delivery has been made. No communication what so ever, I attempted to contact them via Twitter, but it seems I'm being ignored.

Just wanna know if this is the way they conduct their business? Very disappointing indeed. First I experience such and I have learned.
