No client service

<p>Trying for 2 months to get our couch back from repairs, which in the first instance should have not been necessary . No service. No customer care. Even the legal department laughs at us. They dont want to give us our money back and they cant give a rats ass as to give us rime or reason for the long wait. Im not expecting any joy with this message as well as we have sent numerous emails, numerous telephone calls were made, even going in to the branch 3 times without any answers or even a return call. Non existent customer care. Bad manufacturing furniture.</p>
