No After Sale Customer Service

<p> My husband and I purchase furniture from Coricraft. We decided we would like to exchange a one seater for a leaning desk. The one seater was picked up however there is still no delivery of the leaning desk. When you call to get some feedback, the response is always we will check what the issue is and call you back. This NEVER happens. It has been 2 weeks with no feedback from Coricraft. The level of frustration we have towards Coricraft is unbelievable and they act as if everything is a joke. The is never a manager around and when you do get to speak to the manager, he also says he will call back but never does. This whole situation is ridiculous! </p>
