Never open a coricraft account

Coricraft has an amazing range of furniture. Don’t ever open an account if you intend to close it!The process to open is seamless and takes a few minutes. Closing it on the other hand is traumatic to say the least! I closed mine in February this year. After it took the ombudsman intervening after it was used **********ly the previous year. Since then I have sent numerous emails,made telephone calls, given multiple explanations, guess what my account remain evasively opened. In the recent months it’s gone from threats to handing over to debt collectors. The outstanding amount materialized after I had made the full settlement in February. It has gone from r50 to hundreds of rand in the last 11 months!
