NEVER BUY FROM CORICRAFT!!!
<p>I received the most disgusting service from Coricraft and have had no phone call to apologise! My couch was delivered to my flat on Saturday morning only to be dumped in my parking bay!!! No one called to let me know they had arrived, no one called to say they were leaving the couch there. I drove into my gate only to find my couch standing outside. Why did i pay a R595 delivery fee? I then phoned the warehouse to complain and the manager told me they could help me on Sunday! When i said no, i needed them now, she put me through to the drivers and i got cut off. I had to arrange for other guys to help me lift and carry tbe couch upstairs... Another R300! Disgusting service! I should get a FULL refund!</p>
We apologise for the couch being left in the carport/garage . Our drivers were instructed by your domestic worker to leave it there as she didn't have the correct key . We unfortunately don't always have capacity to go back once a delivery has been done. We will however like to credit you for your delivery fee as we want you to be happy with our service .Please forward your banking details to me via email and I will arrange.
