Never again!

We will never buy a couch (or any other piece of furniture) from Coricraft again. At the end of 2024 we bought a Manhattan L-shaped couch (daybed). First, it took seven weeks to manufacture. On delivery we realised the Kramerville branch had placed a delivery for two right corner sections. The couch had to be returned and we waited another seven weeks. The store manager promised to look into a discount or partial refund, but I never heard back from them. The couch we finally received was terribly made. The pillows were not equal thickness - the day bed was comfortable but the other pillows almost impossible to sit on. We had a slipcover couch from Coricraft for years and loved it for the practicality of it. But this couch had pillows with loose 'fluff' (terrible quality) simply wrapped around the sponge. Taking the covers off to wash the pillows is absolutly horrible - it takes forever and then you have to wrestle the pillow cases back on. To make matters worse, the fabric is of such poor quality, that it started making holes in the fabric after the second wash. The couch we sat on in store was comfy and completely different from what we received. The parts used to connect the different sections is poorly made and damaged our wooden floor. It is really sad that Coricraft has come to this.
