Nearly 4 weeks and still no refund!!

I bought a number of items at Coricraft Kramerville on 19 March and needed to return 2 of them the following day.<br> <br> I was going to Sandton City and so phoned them to determine whether I could return the items there instead of going back to Kramerville. They advised that I could but when I got there they said they could not do an immediate refund but would do a transfer to my bank account for the R545 on the next working day (22 March).<br> <br> I have since called numerous times, sent emails and visited the store and keep being told the transfer is imminent. I am having to check my bank account daily and to date no refund has been received!!
