Multiple Incorrect Deliveries

We have ordered a dining table with 6 custom leather chairs from Coricaft on 2020/11/30. The delivery wasn't too long but the product delivered was wrong. We ordered 6 treated leather seats with natural legs, but only 5 of the 6 delivered were natural leg and there was one grey leg in between. There was also a chair with a broken leg delivered to us. We contacted Coricraft and asked that the mistake would be rectified only to receive, over the period of 9 months 6 different completely wrong deliveries, which was all sent back. They also had the audacity to change the requested order to the wrong order and argued with us that we have ordered the grey legs, where I had to take the delivery guys into my house and show them that there are 5 natural leg chairs with 1 grey leg chair. After the last wrong delivery we requested either a full refund of all the chairs so that we can buy 6 new chairs which is the same or bring us 6 of the same chairs because 2 chairs is obviously not manageable for Coricraft. After the last request we have waited a month now with absolutely no answer from Coricraft's side, where they just refuse to answer us back. It seems we are stuck with the broken and wrong chair now. We are very disappointed with the service we received and Coricraft has lost a long standing client as well as any possible referrals from us.
