Most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. Marketers trap and late delivery.

We purchased a couch from Coricraft Cresta 30 Dec 2017 with order number R32535. We were informed that the couch will be ready in two weeks. The couch is advertised in the centre of the store as a demo model and still on display when we checked 24 Feb 2018 (the staff on duty that day informed us 4-6 weeks if we want one). After two weeks we tried to get hold of Coricraft for when we will be receiving our couch. We always had to leave our contact details for them to call us back which was only done the first time 31 Jan 2018. We were then informed that it would take 4-6 weeks and not 2 weeks as initially given upon purchase date.

After 6 weeks since purchase date I contacted Coricraft again to ask about delivery date. Fortunately the person I spoke to actually called me back the next day instead of not at all as previous occasions and informed that the factory only opens 15/16 Jan and is a 4-6 waiting period from that date. She also mentioned that our couch is only expected to be completed 12 March. That is far more than 6 weeks, even if they only opened 15 Jan. If we were informed of a two and a half month completion/delivery date for a couch we would have never have purchased this couch. We have been sitting on the floor since.

We went to Coricraft on Saturday 24 Feb to speak to the Manager. There is no manager on duty. Probably to avoid conflicts. We left our contact details and have still not been contacted. I have left numerous emails at the Coricraft website contact section and no one has contacted me.

I cannot believe a company is allowed to get away with this atrocious behaviour and treatment of clients. It is absolutely disgusting to take someone’s money like this and get away with how this whole sale has been handled.
