Mo Kamaar, Rude, Intimidating, Dismisive, Unhelpfu

On Sunday 31 May 2015, i went to Coricraft to view a couch i saw online.

I approached Mo Kamaar to enquire about the couch. His entire conduct was rude.

From telling me

The couch will never fit in my apartment to practically telling me to get lost when i enquired about the different slip on fabrics. (He basically just pointed at them in a manner akin to telling a stray dog to get lost)
Telling me it would be impossible to hoist the couch over a first floor balcony.
To drilling me about a 10% charge i will pay as the couch will not fit.
This gentleman really just wanted me to get out the store.

I asked to speak to the manager, to which he rep**** that he is the manager.

Glen had to step in, and he was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Mo Kamaar's conduct was very inhospitable and i am seriously thinking of filing a civil suit against him for his conduct.

Not cool. You need to get better training on how to deal with customers. You may not like them (for whatever reason), but at least be civil.

I will still be buying furniture from Coricraft but i will wish to deal with Glen or someone else. I really felt less than human.

Hello kite26,

I apologise for the poor service you have received in our showroom . Mo is one of our best managers and this is the first complaint about him . I am certain that it wasn't his intention to be rude when he gave you the facts about the couch size and hoisting charges. We always try to give our customer more info so that they are able to make informed decisions .

Once again I am sorry that the experience was not a good one . We would love to welcome you back to our showroom and try again.

Kind Regards,

Olga de Pinho
Quality Manager
