Misrepresentation of quality
I purchased a coricraft santorini 3 division couch on the 30th of September 2015 at a total cost of R9095.00. As soon as only a month later I discovered that the seating pillows lost most of its comfort and shape. It was now completely uncomfortable to sit on and need continues fluffing and puffing within the short times of sitting. NONE OF THIS WAS EXPRESSED TO ME AT POINT OF SALE! The sales person (Malcolm from coricraft Tygervalley Centre) did NOT convey this and was only interested in the sale. After numerous complaints, the only options they offered was to spend ADDITIONAL money to have the seating pillows re-filled or replaced with foam. This is after I spent over NINE THOUSAND RAND on a couch!! This is insane!! I would personally NOT advise anyone to buy a Coricraft product and I am starting a campaign on every media and social site to warn potential buyers against the same mistake I made. I expect coricraft to refund me in full and take disciplinary action against the salesman. I am not interested in spending MORE money on having the comfortable couch I was promised by him...I can certainly get much better for R9000.00!!
Apologies for the frustration. The corifill inners do require a little maintenance this should have been communicated at point of sale. We do offer a free restuff and puff within the first two years, the corifill has air between the fibres which flattens slightly when sat on but it shouldn't go completely flat.
I would suggest that we get your cushions in and get them restuffed. We will be in contact shortly to arrange.
