Misleading sale.....dinning chairs not fitting in table

Last year Nov/Dec I bought a dinning room table and 6 chairs at the Kramerville coricraft assisted by Kaylem. The chairs I wanted were measured against the table and I was told all was good and had to pay. In Feb 2019 delivery was made and to my surprise the chairs at the top and bottom of the table to not fit. I called Kramerville coricraft and spoke to a lady called Brenda. I was promised that if I mailed them and send pictures some would be assigned to this within a week. On the 15 February I send the mail and up until today nobody has bothered to even contact me. So coricraft is not interested that my chairs don’t fit in the table yet this is not what was presented to me on the floor. I want my money because coricraft does not care.
